On Saturday, 9th November, several BISAK pupils attended a high performance ‘Swim Race Clinic’ with Adam Peaty OBE at Al Rushaid Village. Adam Peaty is a three – time Olympic Champion, 14 x World Record holder in swimming.
The BISAK swimmers took part in a carousel of sessions including a strength and conditioning session, a technical swim session and a performance psychology session to learn more about mental training to aid their performances. A Q&A session followed along with opportunities for autographs and photographs.
