Dear Parents,

As we have shared with you throughout the past year, for essential security reasons, access to the school premises is to be strictly controlled using personalised identification badges. The badges and lanyards will give you the opportunity to show off being a proud BISAK parent. As we do as members of staff, the cards must be worn at all times when onsite. Currently the system will be implemented for parents of Prep School children as Senior School children do not require an adult at drop off or pick up. For parents who do not have children in Prep School, access to the school is to be through an appointment with an academic staff member, management or to meet with an administration service provider.
Effective Monday, 20th January 2025, no adult (staff, parent, guardian, driver) will be permitted to enter the school without presenting their identification badge at the entrance. We will start requesting identification badges from Monday 6th January as a soft approach with full implementation by the 20th.
Each parent with a child enrolled at the school will need to apply for and go through checks against paperwork held in school. Subsequently an individualised badge will be given. Anyone without a badge will be asked to go to the main entrance and will wait until escorted onto the site and will have to book into school as a visitor. Parents on compound buses will have their identification checked.
We are continuously monitoring the compound drivers and will eventually be giving them badges for entry too.
To accompany or pick up a child, only parents or designated individuals (such as grandparents, babysitters, drivers, or bus monitors) with an official BISAK identification badge will be granted access. If anyone attempts to gain access with someone else’s identification badge, they will be requested to wait outside school and the badge will be handed back to school.

To facilitate the creation of these badges, we kindly request the following:

    • ID Photos Required:
      o Parents (Mother and Father): Passport-sized photos.
      o Helpers/Drivers: Passport-sized photos and a copy of their Iqama.
    • Submission Details:
      Please submit the photos as follows:
      Upload the photos via this link Create Parents ID Badge (engagehosted.com) before Wednesday, December 18th, 2024. When uploading, do follow the advice below and enter all the details into the same box that requires your name to be entered.
    • Format of Picture
      o JPEG
    • Labelling Format:
      o Each photo should be labelled as follows: [Your Full Name] – [Child(rens) Full Name(s)] – [Year Group]
      If you require more than 3 badges, there will be a cost to this of SAR50 to alleviate all processing costs. Any lost badges will also be chargeable, and we reserve the right to not reissue due to security concerns.
      You will receive a personalised notification with details about the dates and times for collecting your badge from the school administration. Once on the school premises your identification badge is to be worn and visible; it cannot be hidden.
